A few bits of information regarding working with me: My rate is $180 per hour. I do custom work and ask that my clients to allow me to do what I do best and use my imagination AND intuition to create unique imagery—-from MY imagination—not Pinterest, or other people’s tattoos. I tend to swing toward an illustrative/realism/whimsical/fantasy/storytelling vibe in both color and black & gray. Also, you should know that there is a possibility I won’t be the right artistic fit for you—and I will gently let you know, as well as refer you to someone in our tattoo community that will be a better match.

If we decide to work together, there will be a consultation where we discuss your desires, take measurements and photos, etc. Deposits for custom work range from $300-$800 for the drawing process depending on the complexity of the project. The drawing fee does not go toward the price of your tattoo; My creative process is not like what you see on TV reality shows. It’s countless hours of research, contemplation, soul-searching and other magical mystical tattoo artist stuff and often up to 30-60 hours researching/conceptualizing/drawing time. If you multiply that by $180, you will see that time is nowhere near covered by the drawing fee, so that is why they aren’t applied to the final cost of your tattoo. What you get for this significant investment of your hard-earned money is my creative soul. I’m not going to just slap any ol’ thing on your body without care or deep imaginative consideration. I love tattooing and I put my love into my clients.
